Fairground Follies features a most exciting and unique collection of fairground and mechanical music. Enjoy the “happiest music on Earth” at Fairground Follies – sing, dance or reminisce amongst the greatest collection of self-playing instruments in the Southern Hemisphere. You’ll marvel at the sight and sounds of antique street organs, European dance hall organs, the rockin’ robot band, the 100 year old steam merry-go-round, the self-playing violins and the grand Taj Mahjal – one of the world’s largest, most elaborate self-playing instruments. Finish this tour with a nostalgic, smiling ride on the elaborately carved 100 year old carousel with its stirring music.
We travel via the Federal and Hume Highways to Bowral, pausing for a comfort stop en route, to Fairground Follies. On arrival we enjoy morning tea with traditional lamingtons and cupcakes, before spending an entertaining two hours with our hosts, as they operate the various instruments and tell of their interesting, fascinating history. After our tour we enjoy our picnic lunches in the sunshine before heading over to Corbett Gardens to enjoy the Tulip Time Festival. After a lovely day out, we head for home with drop offs commencing at approximately 5:00pm.Booking Request Download Brochure Terms & Conditions
