4 Day Lakes Entrance

Our Spring short break takes us to Lakes Entrance for 3 nights.  Visit the Orbost Exhibition Centre, located on the Snowy River then travel to Marlo where the Snowy meets the sea. The Historic Marlo Hotel, perched on the hill overlooking the estuaries, gives a wonderful view while enjoying lunch. Travel to Paynesville and join a ferry to the nature-based Raymond Island. Meet Wayne, a very special horseman and enjoy a live Stockyard Show demonstration with whip cracking, music, singing and working dogs.  He was Tommy Woodcock’s Foreman, so we will be regaled with stories of Phar Lap and see a collection of Phar Lap memorabilia.
