Beginning in Launceston, enjoy two nights at the Best Western Plus Launceston, perfectly located to explore the city and surrounding Tamar Valley region. Visit Cataract Gorge, the historic Beaconsfield Gold Mine & Heritage Museum, Seahorse World and Platypus House, with opportunities to discover Tasmania’s fascinating wildlife and gold rush history.

Travel through Tasmania’s rural heartland to Sheffield, famous for its colourful murals, before continuing to Cradle Mountain for an overnight stay at the stunning Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge. Enjoy lunch at Cradle Mountain Hotel, browse the Wilderness Gallery and visit Devil @ Cradle conservation sanctuary. Explore the breathtaking alpine scenery of Dove Lake and Waldheim Chalet within Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park.

Continue south to Hobart for a relaxing three-night stay at the iconic Wrest Point Hotel Casino. Discover Hobart’s waterfront charm and convict history with visits to the Cascades Female Factory and the historic village of Richmond, home to Australia’s oldest bridge. A highlight of your stay is dinner at Hobart’s famous Point Revolving Restaurant overlooking the River Derwent.

The tour also includes a full day exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Port Arthur Historic Site and the dramatic coastal scenery of the Tasman Peninsula, including Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen, before flying home with wonderful memories of Tasmania’s spectacular landscapes and heritage.
